Kaitlyn "Katie" Gibson studied Psychology and Biology during her undergraduate career at Stonehill College in 2014. In 2016, Katie received her Masters of Science degree in nursing at Boston College, specializing in pediatric primary care. Currently, Katie is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who joined Wareham Pediatrics in 2016.
My love for medicine and working with children came from hearing ER stories from my grandma, who was a nurse at Mass General for many years. I wanted to have a job that involved caring for and working closely with families and patients, with a particular interest in Pediatrics. I love the ability to see our patients grow over the years, as well as develop close relationships with families.
